3cWhite flour
1cPlus 2 tb. Rye Flour
1tbYeast
4tbGluten Flour
4tbSugar
2 1/2tbDry milk
2tbVeg. oil
1 1/2tsSalt
1cSauerkraut;put in strainer pushing with back of spoon to dra
1 1/4cWater; warmed

Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers' instructions. Select White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep! Note: George loved this. Delicious served with Roast Pork or Ruebens!
